At Furniture World, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all furniture is in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble the items if necessary and place them back in their original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions.

  Schedule a Collection

  For large furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for curbside or in-home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
